Originally from Modesto, California, Phillip spent most of his life in Washington State before calling Hawaii home from 2012 to 2022. Phillip holds an Associate Degree in Business and brings more than two decades of experience in sales, customer service, management, and real estate-related industries. His diverse background includes leadership roles as a Pawn Shop Manager, Operations Sales Manager for Hertz Rent A Car, and the owner of a successful general contracting and house-flipping business. Over the past 12 years, he has renovated and sold numerous properties, giving him valuable insight into home construction, renovation costs, project timelines, and property value. Combined with his strong relationships with local inspectors and subcontractors, Phillip provides clients with knowledgeable guidance and a practical perspective throughout the buying and selling process.
